This one hour before wake up trick has worked with many and you might even know it. At the first ring you won’t probably wake and this may count even more times.

But within one hour of continuous disturbed sleep the mind feels awaken and you may not feel like sleeping more. The first half of your day begins right there . To make it more brighter a good workout routine or yoga or even you can just walk in your garden and take a look at the sun and sky preparing for the day.


A regular practice of this method can gradually make a huge difference in the way you spend a day with less but sufficient amount of sleep time. Staying away from your bed is another effective way to not drag yourself to sleep. Get engaged in activities that interests you and try staying awake and active the rest of the day.

Always make your night time habits softcore and subtle in such a way that you have more free time after all of it to slowly get into sleep early.This part can be find easier because you had a full awake day time and you must be probably feeling tired.
